Richardson Medical Center would like to make our community aware that we are here to meet your healthcare needs. Although some of our processes have changed, we continue to provide all of our previously offered services. We know and understand that the COVID-19 virus has raised concern and fear among our community. However, the staff at Richardson Medical Center continues to strive to provide our patients with the safest care possible by exceeding the CDC guidelines for disinfecting and sanitizing.
In addition to our cleaning practices, we are taking every measure to ensure that persons with COVID-19 symptoms do not come into contact with asymptomatic persons entering the facility. Each of our employees are screened each day, prior to entering the facility, to ensure that they are not symptomatic of COVID-19 . As of June 1, 2020 we have had 41 positive COVID tests, 5 positive isolation patients, and zero Richardson Medical Center employees test positive for COVID-19.
While COVID-19 remains a threat to our community, these numbers are proof of Richardson Medical Center&rsquos dedication to keeping our patients and employees, safe. We continue to provide &ldquoExcellent Care with a Personal Touch, Close to Home&rdquo.
