In the summer of 2007, Richardson Medical Center, in collaboration with the Richland Parish School Board, opened the "Healthy Schools" School Based Health Center. Located on the campus of Rayville High School, this is a place where students may obtain medical care and counseling services no matter what their financial or insurance standing. The Center is staffed by a Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Behavioral Health specialist to provide a full range of services for students and faculty.
