Meet Dr. Kevin Carlisle

Dr. Kevin Carlisle is a board-certified Family Practice physician with over 11 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. He is passionate about building long-term relationships with his patients and helping them achieve and maintain optimal health through personalized, compassionate care.
Education & Training
A native of West Monroe, Louisiana, Dr. Carlisle discovered his calling to medicine in high school while witnessing his grandparents face serious health challenges. After graduating from West Monroe High School in 2001, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He then received his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport and completed his residency training at LSU Vivian.
Family & Community
In 2009, Dr. Carlisle met Tabitha Gilley McCraw, and the couple married in 2011. Together, they are proud parents to four children—Brooks, Brynlee, Brighton, and Britton. Their family life is deeply rooted in faith, service, and community. Dr. Carlisle serves as a deacon at First Baptist Church in Rayville, where he and his family are actively involved in worship and outreach.

Outside the Office
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Carlisle enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his children’s activities, coaching youth sports, and serving on community boards. He is also an avid hunter with a special interest in whitetail deer, elk, and bear hunting.
